Mission and Philosophy
Our mission is twofold.
First, to provide our customers with the best combination of quality and cost available in a professional housekeeping program.
And, second, to create and maintain a business environment in which the best efforts of hardworking, dedicated men and women are recognized and rewarded. Because we place no limits on opportunity for our employees, we are proud of the fact that more than 90% of our management and supervisory personnel have been promoted from within the company.
Our Philosophy
Above all, our company philosophy is founded on the concept of providing old-fashioned service through modern technology. In 1906, Arthur Jackson himself said it best:
“In an ever-changing world, let us constantly rededicate ourselves to the service of our customers and our community.”
