42 NEW CUSTOMERS. ONE BIG MOVE FOR BIN HEROES! 🦸‍♂️🗑️

I’ve been waiting to share this one! Bin Heroes has officially reached an agreement to purchase the customer base of American Bin Solutions as they wind down operations, which means 42 new customers are joining the Bin Heroes family!

Back in July, I set a goal of reaching 100 recurring customers. With these 42 coming aboard, we’re already knocking on the door of that goal — and it’s only the middle of August! Seeing how quickly this business is growing and the Bin Heroes name spreading around the Wiregrass has been incredible.

To our 42 newest customers, WELCOME TO BIN HEROES! And to everyone who has hired me, referred someone, shared a post, or left a review — THANK YOU. You’re the reason we’re growing like this.

Ima tell you right now… recycling bins are my favorite cans to clean. 😮‍💨😮‍💨

The transformation is just so satisfying. Watching years of built-up grime wash away and seeing that bright blue color come back never gets old.

It’s always a good reminder that even something as simple as a recycling bin can look almost new again with the right equipment and a little care.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Bin Heroes. I appreciate every opportunity to serve our community! 💙

To everyone helping organize the upcoming celebration in Dothan… Bin Heroes would love the opportunity to help make the event even better.

We’ll gladly clean, sanitize, and deodorize the trash cans used throughout the event so attendees aren’t greeted by dirty, foul smelling cans. Clean trash cans create a better first impression, improve the overall experience, and help keep the celebration looking and smelling its best.

If you’d like to partner with a local small business that takes pride in serving our community, we’d love to talk. Let’s make this year’s celebration cleaner for everyone! 🇺🇸🗑️✨ City of Dothan Environmental Services City of Dothan Government Mark Dunning Industries

Hey guys just wanted to let you know that since Tuesday afternoon I’ve been very sick and haven’t been around my phone much trying to get some rest so I haven’t been replying as quickly as I normally do but please understand I’m trying to get better with the rest and I’m hoping to be back servicing you guys by the end of the week!

The before and after pictures are always satisfying, and this one is a perfect example. Just look at the difference in those lids. 👀

But what matters most isn’t how clean they look.. it’s delivering on what we advertise.

When someone calls Bin Heroes, they’re trusting us to clean, sanitize, and deodorize their trash cans. The visual transformation is great, but getting rid of the grime, bacteria, and odors is what the service is really about.

Im thankful for my friend who knew they could call on me to bring their cans back to life and i’m thankful for every customer who gives us the opportunity to earn their trust. The before and afters look great, but delivering the results we promise is what matters most.

One of the best compliments I’ve received as a business owner is a customer coming back.

A few months ago, I had a customer tell me that May would be their last month with Bin Heroes. I was sad to see them go, but I simply thanked them for their business and let them know that if they ever needed me again, id be happy to have them back and id even have a discount waiting for them if they ever need a one time clean here and there..

Last night around 7:30 pm, I received a call from that same customer asking to get back on our schedule.

As it turns out, they had decided to try another trash can cleaning company. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t what they had hoped for. The smell returned to their cans, service became unreliable, and they weren’t receiving the level of care they had become accustomed to.

When they called, there were no hard feelings on my end. No questions asked. No awkward conversations. Just excitement to welcome back a customer I had enjoyed serving before.

The call came last night after their trash had been picked up, and by today, I had their cans cleaned, sanitized, and smelling fresh again.

At Bin Heroes, I know we aren’t always the cheapest option out there. But I firmly believe that when you hire a company, you’re not just paying for the service.. you’re paying for reliability, communication, consistency, and the confidence that the job will be done right.

Anyone can promise clean cans. The real test is showing up month after month and delivering the same quality service every single time.

My number one priority is making sure our customers know we’ll be there when we say we will, and that we’ll do everything we can to take care of them. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or one of the filthiest trash cans in the Wiregrass, we’re going to show up ready to work.

To my returning customer…. thank you for giving me the opportunity to earn your business again!!

And to all of my customers, thank you for continuing to trust Bin Heroes. I never take that trust for granted.

🇺🇸 Signed up a new customer on Sunday and made sure we were out there first thing Monday morning before all the rain so they could start the week with clean, fresh-smelling cans!

🇺🇸 What’s crazy is these cans were fairly new… but the smell was just as bad as cans that are a couple years old. That’s what that Alabama heat can do to your trashcans 😅

🇺🇸 This Memorial Day, while we’re out serving our customers, we also want to take a moment to remember and appreciate the men and women who served and sacrificed for our country. Thank you to all of our brave veterans!

Bin Heroes has been absolutely rolling these past few days and I am loving every min of it! 🦸‍♂️

Because of our awesome customers it’s been full routes, nonstop work, and some DIRTY cans getting brought back to life. Every call, DM, text, share, and referral truly means the world to me.

I started this business wanting to provide a service people actually appreciate — and seeing the support continue to grow has been unreal. As the work comes in I’m able to freshen up Dothan one household at a time!

Thank y’all for trusting Bin Heroes to keep your cans clean, sanitized, and odor free. We’re grinding every day and we’re just getting started 💪🔥

Always excepting new customers and welcome the dirtiest cans you can give us😎
