Meet Anthony! 🎸️
Anthony has been part of the Caribbean Pools family for 5 and a half seasons and currently serves as one of our Maintenance Account Managers. Before stepping into his current role, he spent time in the field as a Maintenance Technician, gaining valuable hands-on experience that continues to help him serve our customers today. He takes pride in how much his knowledge has grown throughout his time here, but he also knows that there is always something new to learn.
He describes Caribbean Pools as knowledgeable, reputable, and experienced—qualities he strives to bring to every customer interaction. One of Anthony’s favorite parts of his job is teaching customers about their pools and helping them better understand water chemistry. For Anthony, the most rewarding part of working with customers is easing their concerns and giving them peace of mind. By sharing his knowledge and offering reassurance, Anthony helps customers feel more confident and comfortable caring for their pools.
His advice to pool owners: take the time to ask questions and learn how your swimming pool works. Building a basic understanding of your pool can help prevent problems that might otherwise keep you from enjoying a swim. After all, the more you know about your pool, the better prepared you are to keep it running smoothly!
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys listening to music, as well as creating his own music. He's also musically talented when it comes to playing instruments like the guitar and bass, but playfully admits he can't read music from a page.
When it comes to backyard features, Anthony's favorite is the barbecue and grilling area. His idea of a perfect summer day is simple: spending time outdoors with good food and good music playing. There's nothing quite like enjoying the outdoors, firing up the grill, and making the most of a beautiful summer day.
