!UPDATES! LOTS OF NEW INFO!
As many are aware our north bay has been down for about a month, we have been working tirelessly planning to install Utah’s first complete in bay automatic express tunnels! Starting late August we will have brand new machines featuring new and updated wash packages including: wall of foam, rain-x, tire shine as well as a new ceramic coating!
Also, we will be partnering with Coinless to provide a new app based platform for our customers to use to purchase washes throughout our site. Our cash/ credit system will still be used for customers that prefer that method as well.

Coinless is an app based system were customers can use their phone to purchase an AUTOMATIC wash via our app and not have to touch our pay system, for our SELF SERVES: coinless will allow customers to use their phone to start their bay and begin a count up on their bay. In other words customers may use their bay for as long as they would like without having to swipe their cards multiple times, in the end being charged for the time they used. We will also provide coinless to our PET WASH/VACUUMS similar to our self serves customers will be able to start the pet wash/vacuums via app. Free vacuuming with any Auto/Self/Pet purchase using the app.

At the Salty Dog we believe everyone should be able to maintain a clean car without having to break the bank. With many car washes coming out with unlimited packages a study by our partner ZEP has shown that most owners wash their vehicle 2-3 times a month. In perspective owners are washing their vehicle 2/3times for $45-60 a month for a top unlimited pack. At the salty dog we believe we will be able to provide the same or better experience for ~$20/month. With Coinless we are exploring opportunities to introduce a new monthly wash club where customers will have the freedom to choose ANY BUDGET starting from $20 and multiply their money 2x/3x via credits. Credits will roll over month to month. Wash club members will have free vacuuming and be able to use their credits to purchase multiple Automatic washes ,Self Serves, and pet washes.

SELF SERVE PET IS OPEN!
Come on down, we are open everyday from 5am-10pm! A few updates! We have switched most (and in the process) of switching all of our pet soaps to all natural! Also our East (closest to wall) dog bay is now serving a new oatmeal wash!
We’ve noticed our quietest days to be TUES-THUR, so if you want a calm atmosphere that’ll be the best time to stop on by! Thank you all, have a wonderful day!

Hello all! We are in need of your HELP identifying this truck or person! Last night we had this gentleman into one of our bays and dump oil into our bays. This is not only a hassle for us but against EPA regulations and extremely harmful to the environment. With hefty fines attached with oil dumping if we are able to find and prosecute we will donate all fines to local schools. First one to help identify will get a months of Ultimate car washes ($300 value). Left boxes with one saying BOP SALT LAKE CITY *DCISG*

Hello all, we are in need of some feedback for our pet wash! We are thinking of swapping out ONE of our pet wash bays from flea and tick to oatmeal treatment shampoo. Both bays will still have the tearless shampoo we have been using for many years however in addition one bay will also have oatmeal shampoo and the other bay flea and tick. We have noticed that flea and tick is not being used as often as we liked therefore oatmeal shampoo may be a benefit to our pet owners. The Oatmeal Treatment Shampoo we use will provide the highest washing and bathing experience for your dog. Product is vitamin infused and oatmeal soothes dry, itchy or irritated skin; also known to soothe stings or sun damage to your dog. If this seems to be an interest we would like to get these changes started as soon as possible! 👍or👎
