Great review from Murray P.... "XMS Pressure Washing, Teak and Sheli (a husband and wife team), did a superb job cleaning the outside of two houses for me — one was a stone house, and the other had aluminum siding. They also cleaned the gutters, walk-ways, driveways, and a TPO roof and fascia — all with amazing results. I was extremely satisfied with their work and their work ethic — and would recommend them without any hesitation!"

Great review from John... "Great work, clear communication, and the house looks way better.

We found XMS Power Washing on Google and decided to go with them over a bigger name—partly to support a local business, but also because their reviews felt genuine. Glad we did.

Sheli, who coordinated everything, was super clear and helpful. She explained our options, gave us a straightforward quote for washing the house and windows, and even recommended a separate company to handle gutter cleaning. (That recommendation was spot on.)

Once the gutters were done, XMS got us scheduled quickly. The team showed up on time, walked us through what they were doing, and finished in just a couple hours.

We knew it would help, but we didn’t expect it to look that good. Even the windows were crystal clear.

Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional… it was just a really pleasant experience from start to finish.

If you’re in the area and thinking about power washing, I’d absolutely recommend them. Easy to work with, great results, no surprises."

Great review from Robin B.... "Teak and Sheli did an amazing job cleaning our siding. It looks like new. Their system of cleaning siding removed all dirt and mildew down to showing the actual color of the siding. Our house is blue-gray. Their price was right and you could tell they are very honest and thorough in the work that they do and they were both very personable and warm. So refreshing. Thank you so much! I will definitely refer XMS to anyone who needs their home done."

Great review"This was one of the most painless business interactions I’ve had in a long time. The staff of XMS were so friendly, personable and knowledgeable about my project. They kept in contact with me and walked me through the process. After the project was completed, they shared with me what they did, gave me insight into what to expect, and recommendations for the future. Having dealt with many businesses that are less than honest and work is questionable I’m so glad to have contracted with XMS. It’s nice to know there are still some business owners who do quality work and stand on their word. Thank you XMS. You deserve 5 stars!!!!I"
