At Precision Pest Control, I'm not the cheapest option around, and I don't try to be. I aim for fair, middle-of-the-pack pricing with service that's second to none.

Just yesterday, a customer told me my price came in lower than the company she'd been using, and that I treated her property more thoroughly than they ever did. I handled both her house and a large detached garage, which came in cheaper than she'd been paying for just the house. I also made sure to reach the high eaves and overhangs. That's exactly where you stop overwintering pests like Asian lady beetles, cluster flies, and stink bugs from getting inside. Those high, hard to reach spots are easy to miss, so I make a point of always getting to them.

Just finished up a project in Portland, ME. Another pest company responded to a squirrel issue, but before long another squirrel had gnawed it's way back in.

I was then called in. I trapped and relocated the squirrel. I then cleaned/deodorized the sebum (waxy/oily substance) from the trim which can attract other squirrels. I then reinforced the area with 26 gauge steel, and painted to match. The paint stands out because it is still wet but will blend in as it dries.

The customer is happy and that's what matters most.
