We are making some important changes effective immediately.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. We want to be as flexible as possible while also respecting our team's schedule and ability to earn a living.

Please know that this has been a difficult decision to make, a decision that we have pondered now for the last four years.

Our Policy at a Glance:

* 24-Hour Notice Required: Please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives us time to adjust our routes and offer that slot to another client.

* Late Cancellation/Reschedule Fee: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee(typically 50% of the service cost) will apply. This helps cover the loss of income for our dedicated cleaning team.

* No-Show Fee: If our cleaning team arrives and cannot gain access to your home or the appointment is canceled upon arrival (a "no-show"), you will be charged the full cost of the service.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

The easiest way to make a change is by:
1. Replying to our confirmation message(s).
2. Calling or Texting us at (705) 279-7522.
