Starting this Spring I will be hitting the Pressure Washing hard! Below is a list of prices so far for the 2023 year! Must have access to running water outside!

250$ minimum for House Wash ONLY.

PRICES BELOW ARE STARTING PRICES

Sidewalk / Driveway 75$. Depends on Size of the area, if water pools up, and if driveway is on a hill going away from the house.

Roof cleaning from ground 100$ this is a chemical rinse only! Used to kill light alge and mold.

Roof Cleaning on Roof 250$. With the added danger of being on the roof the price is increased.

Gutter cleaning is 1$ a foot added onto the house washing price. GUTTERS ONLY. Does not include Roof Cleaning.

The average price for most of my customers comes to 600$.

I do schedule a second cleaning if you are interested at the end of the year around fall and can also push into the Pennsylvania Mythical winter if the weather allows. Temperatures must be above 40° outside for me to even consider a visit.

If you need your slippery walkway or porch cleared of moss, green alge, and gloeocapsa magma (the dark black spots) please send me a message! Jobs starting at only 20$ and goes up depending on size. This cleaning does not remove dirt or the dead bacteria but only stops it from growing and getting worse. This process souly depends on rain or another water source to clean it off the next day. The products will continue to work for a few months past application and will require a reapply before winter of 2023/2024. Best time to spray is after a rain then rinse off the next day with a garden hose.

I haven't posted in a while but here is the job I'm working on currently. Last offer these people got was 4000$ for siding, deck (3 of them), and wood railings. I did it for significantly less and even did the roof. So far I think it's been 20 hours spent nonstop cleaning. As you can see the roof was a carpet of moss, the blue shingles were black, the tan siding was green/black after a year. This house was built in 1910ish with an exterior remodeling around 2010. This is its second cleaning.
You get what you pay for still stands unless you select Under Pressure power washing. My main goal is to bring cleaning to you in an affordable way usually for half the cost of main stream cleaning companies. I'm a solo cleaner and not an enterprise looking to screw everyone over.

Starting a pressure washing business here in Uniontown. We will travel to areas such as Brownsville, Connellsville, and Fairchance. (Mileage maybe added)

You must have water access and good water pressure to reach the area that needs cleaned. Cleaning is limited to sidewalks, driveways, stone retaining walls, garage doors, stone/brick walls, and unpainted/newly painted foundation. Old paint will! Come off and if that is what you want please be aware that I will not dispose of old paint chips or be liable for the paint disposal.
