Kenny joined us on 4/7/25, and in just one year he’s grown into a certified pest control technician and an apprentice termite technician, currently working toward his 7A license.

But Kenny is more than just an employee, he’s my nephew. I remember when he used to say he was coming to work for me, and I’d just laugh and say, “yeah right… you’ve got a job you love.” As a South Carolina high school paint and body state champion, he’s been painting cars since he was 14. I never thought he’d leave that career.

Thankfully for me and for Bright Pest Services, he decided he wanted a change.

Kenny is also a proud husband to his wife Kayleigh and a proud father to his daughter Mallorie, and he carries that same love, responsibility, and dedication into his work every single day.

He has proven himself to be a hard worker who takes pride in what he does. He shows up every day ready to serve, always putting our customers first and striving to do the right thing. That’s what this business is all about.

I’m proud of the man he’s becoming and grateful to have him on this team.

Man, what a few years it’s been.

On April 1, 2022, we started Bright Pest Services. It hasn’t always been easy. There have been moments of frustration,losing customers and navigating challenges with employees. Through it all, I’ve had to grow, put my pride in check, and keep pushing forward without accepting defeat.

We’ve made it a priority to give back by donating services to charities and treating our customers like family. God has continually blessed us, and His promise remains true,if we’re faithful with the small things, He will trust us with greater things.

We truly have more than we deserve, and we’re grateful for every single customer who has trusted us with one of their biggest investments,their home.

Here’s to many more years of serving the Upstate of South Carolina.
