In addition to these we also provide service to other automated systems: Sand Mounds, At-Grade Mounds, Low pressure Dosing Systems. Time Dosing Systems, Pump to Gravity Systems, and many more. Automated Systems have been used in MD for many years, for a variety of reasons. One of the ATUs I service has been manufacturing a variation of their unit since the 1950s. Some ATUs were installed in the 70s to enable building on smaller building lots. And many older homes are retrofitted with these systems due to “Marginal Soils”. (The ground does not perc to today’s standards) These Systems are referred to as Innovated and Alternative systems (I &A). In recent years, the use of these systems has become more common place. The use of Sand Mounds, At-Grade Mounds, and ATUs (BAT) have made properties that previously were not buildable, be able to process and dispose of waste onsite. What most all of these Automated Systems do is process waste in a more efficient a thorough manner. They clean and disperse wastewater so that your Onsite System will last as long as it possibly can. And by cleaning the wastewater using this technology, you are protecting our drinking water, our waterways and our Chesapeake Bay. All of these Automated systems should be evaluated and/or service by a qualified service provider at least once a year. Some units require more frequent servicing. We are hiring!!
This is an opportunity to start a career in the service field that is always going to be in demand. The work we specialize in, not many qualified professionals perform this work. We service Automated Onsite Wastewater Disposal Systems. (We are not a septic pumping company) We provide Operation and Maintenance and repair service to Septic systems that require automation of some sort. Most of our customers are homeowners, but we service systems up to 5,000 gallons per day. Our coverage area is the majority of the State of Maryland. We are a very small company but growing every day. The work atmosphere is pleasant and jovial. Even though this work is primarily outdoors, there will be work to do every day, it is a full-time position.
We are looking for a Technician Assistant that wants to learn. We provide training and support for Licenses and Certifications, as you progress in proficiency. This is also a good position for us “Old Guys” that like working with our hands but are done with hard manual labor. You are expected to be able to lift 50 lbs. from time to time. Must have a clean driving record and transportation to our office.
Your pay will be determined by your level of experience and what position you best qualify for.
