Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estate Administration Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Texas probate process, excellent organizational skills, and a heart for client service during sensitive times.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage probate files from intake through final distribution
Draft and file probate pleadings, including Applications, Inventories, and Notices to Creditors
Prepare Affidavits, Letters Testamentary, and related court documents
Coordinate with clients, courts, and creditors
Maintain accurate case files and deadlines
Support attorneys with client communications and calendar management

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Texas probate and estate administration
Proficient with e-filing and local court procedures
Exceptional attention to detail and time management
Strong communication and client service skills
Familiarity with practice management software a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
$25–$35 per hour, based on experience
Paid time off
