Why call Campo? The customer had water coming in above her kitchen door and another spot showing up near the AC unit upstairs. He’d already had someone out and wasn’t totally sure what to believe, so he called us for a second look.

The roof: When we got up there it was pretty clear. The roof was most likely original — over 20 years old and showing it. It wasn’t a repair situation anymore.

The fix: We did a full roof tear off and started fresh. While we were at it, we replaced three Velux skylights and put 300ft of Double Pro gutter guards on.

The new look: GAF Timberline HDZ in Bold Midnight Mesa, Felt Buster underlayment, and Stormguard ice and water shield at 6ft all the way around.

The warranty: Golden Pledge. 40 years, backed by GAF directly.

A storm came through. They called. We got up there.
The storm wasn’t the problem. Years on the water was. Soft decking, spent shingles, sheathing that was never right. We fixed all of it.

The lake disagrees with shortcuts. So do we.
