🎃👻 IT'S BACK! Our Annual Halloween Candy Giveaway 👻🎃

At Northern Charms Concierge, we believe every kiddo who comes to your door should feel the Halloween MAGIC. ✨

We know this time of year can be tight, and candy adds up fast. So if you could use a little extra support stocking your candy bowl for trick-or-treaters — we’ve got you.

No questions asked. No judgment. Just neighbors helping neighbors.

We have bags of candy ready with up to 6 bags to share within the community!

📩 Just send us a private message to claim a bag — we’ll arrange a discreet porch pick-up or drop-off.

We want every porch light on and every little ghost and goblin to feel celebrated this Halloween.

Please share this so it reaches the families who need it most! 🧡

The Power of a Professional Clean ✨

On the left: what you/guests see and leave a 3-star review over.
On the right: what we leave behind — spotless, sanitized, and 5-star ready.

A professional cleaning service isn't just about making things look clean. It's about:
🧹 Protecting your investment
🦠 Actually sanitizing for the next guest
⏰ Giving owners their time (and sanity) back

📍 Serving vacation rentals & cabins throughout the White Mountains & residential needs!

This oven took us less than 15 minutes. Imagine what we can do for your whole space. 😉 Ready to level up your cleans? DM us.

MONDAY MINDSET ✨

A new week, a fresh set of cabins, and a whole lot of magic to make.

At Northern Charms Concierge, we do more than just clean — we set the stage for someone’s vacation memories.

🧹 The Clean: That top-to-bottom, open-the-drawers, white-glove clean your guests can FEEL when they walk in.

✨ The Concierge: The welcome tray waiting on the table, the birthday balloons, the local w**e & maple syrup, the s'mores kit for their first night. Those little "wow" touches that turn a 4-star review into a glowing 5-star review.

Clean gets you booked. Upgrades get you rebooked.

Here’s to a busy, beautiful week in the mountains! Let’s make some guests feel right at home.

Is your STR ready for its glow-up? Message us about our Cleaning + Upgrade packages. 🧡

It’s not just a clean. It’s a welcome. ✨

At Northern Charms Concierge, our STR Upgrades are designed to turn a great stay into a 5-STAR stay.

🥐 Fresh-baked pastries
🍷 A bottle of w**e to unwind after the drive up north
🍁 Real NH maple syrup - because you can’t come to the White Mountains without it

We style it, we tag it, we set the stage so your guests walk in and instantly feel taken care of.

These little touches = big reviews. Guests photograph it, talk about it, and rebook because of it.

Want to add welcome upgrades to your property?

📩 DM us to see our full upgrade menu:
Welcome Trays | Charcuterie Boards | Birthday / Anniversary Setups | S'mores Kits | Local Goodie Bags

🍁 A Little Leaf Season Love Note From Your Cleaning Crew 🍁

To all of our wonderful Short-Term Rental owners and guests —

October is our busiest month of the year. Between leaf peeper traffic that turns a 10 minute drive into 40, and back-to-back same-day turnovers, our team is working incredibly hard.

We are doing our absolute best to get every clean done in a timely manner while still holding to our top-notch Northern Charms standards. We will not rush and sacrifice quality.

We ask for your patience, kindness, and consideration this month. A little grace goes a long way for the girls out there hustling between cleans.

Thank you for understanding and for trusting us with your homes. 🧡
