Toilet was loose. Customer called Sparrow Plumbing. Upon pulling toilet I discovered the toilet fl**ge was loose. We removed old fl**ge , secured new to subfloor and now toilet sits right, sits sturdy and doesn’t leak! Thank you Alex !
