WE’RE HIRING – TIDYCAN ALABAMA

We’re looking for a dependable person to join the TidyCan Alabama team and help us keep the Shoals area’s trash cans clean!

What makes this job different?

Work Monday–Friday every other week
That’s only 10 workdays every 28 days — and EVERY weekend off!

Typical hours are 10 AM–4 PM, with the opportunity for hours to grow as the business continues to grow.

Starting pay: $20/hour
Opportunity for performance-based raises twice a year

Company truck provided while working
Paid training provided, no trash can cleaning experience necessary

Primary route: Muscle Shoals / Florence / Tuscumbia

The job is pretty straightforward: drive the company truck, clean trash cans, and provide great service to our customers. It’s a low-stress job that isn’t physically demanding, but we do need someone dependable who can work independently and take pride in doing things right.

A few things we’re looking for:

* Clean driving record
* Dependable and punctual
* Comfortable driving a larger vehicle
* Good with customers
* Able to work independently
* Basic small-engine/mechanical knowledge

We operate in the rain when conditions are safe, but routes will be adjusted around severe storms/tornado weather. We also don’t operate when temperatures are below freezing.

This could be a great fit for someone looking for a part-time schedule, supplemental income, or simply a job that gives you plenty of time off while still keeping you busy.

What do you actually get with a bin cleaning subscription?

Every TidyCan plan includes the same cleaning: high-pressure water heated to 200 degrees, interior and exterior sanitizing, and a deodorizing treatment on up to two bins, curbside on your pickup day.

The only thing that changes between plans is how often we come. Monthly is $30, bi-monthly $40, quarterly $50, and a one-time clean is $60.
