Winter’s coming!! is your pool ready?
As the temps start to drop, it’s time to winterize your pool to protect your investment and make spring opening a breeze. Here’s what you should do:
✅ Balance your water chemistry: pH, alkalinity, and calcium levels should be spot on.
✅ Shock and clean: remove debris, scrub walls, and give your water a good shock treatment.
✅ Lower the water level: just below the skimmer line (for most pools).
✅ Drain and store equipment: pumps, filters, and hoses should be drained to prevent freeze damage.
✅ Cover it up: a solid, secure cover keeps debris (and critters!) out all winter long.
