💔 I never thought I'd have to write a post like this.

When I relocated The Detail Queen to Newcastle on Google. Google deactivated my Business Profile because they couldn't verify my new address. (Because our house isn't built yet.) In an instant, I lost the profile I had spent years building—including all 50 of my five-star Google reviews.

Those reviews weren't just numbers. They represented years of trust, relationships, and incredible customers who believed in my work.

So today, I'm asking for your help.

If I've ever detailed your vehicle, would you please leave an honest review on my new Google Business Profile? My goal isn't just to get back to 50 reviews—it's to surpass them and come back even stronger.

If you haven't been a customer, sharing this post would mean just as much. Every share, comment, and review helps my small business get back on its feet.

To every customer who has trusted me over the last 12+ years...thank you. Your support has carried me through every challenge, and I know together we can rebuild this.

Well friends...

I guess it's finally time to make this official. I have been holding back, but the bitter sweet moment is upon us!

The Mullins family (yes... including Mr. Dax 🐾) is packing up and heading to Newcastle, Oklahoma!

First, can I just say... thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Thank you for trusting me with your vehicles, supporting my crazy dreams, cheering me on, recommending me to your friends, bringing me snacks, making me laugh, and becoming so much more than customers. Many of you have become family.

As most of you know, the physical Detail Queen shop is officially closed.

Now before everyone starts panicking... 😂

The Detail Queen isn't going anywhere.

She's just taking a little breather.

The next few months are going to be all about family, packing boxes, getting settled into our new home, catching my breath, and really figuring out what I want this next chapter of The Detail Queen to look like.

I've built this business with my whole heart, and I owe it to all of you—and to myself—to make sure the next version is even better than the last.

So... don't go anywhere.

Please don't rush over and hit that Unfollow button. You've been part of this journey for so long, I'd love for you to stick around and see where this adventure takes us. I have a feeling it's going to be pretty special.

Things are going to look a little different...

Maybe a little less polishing for a while...A few more moving boxes...Probably a few pictures of Dax living his best Newcastle life...And knowing me... a few random adventures thrown in just because. 😂
