Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, Silvia is a mom of four — two boys and two girls — and when she's not keeping facilities spotless, you might find her dancing or cooking.

She describes herself as shy, humble, and happy, and her advice to anyone thinking about joining the Final Touch team says it all: love what you do, and you'll enjoy every day of it.
