And a fine and prime example why to stay away from people who want you to eat/drink them and or eat/drink you...This map shows which chakra you should work on by grounding, eating high frequency food, mindfully eating, mindfully drinking, doing self care, doing self love, reiki treatments, reiki space clearings as our energy is attached to our homes and vehicles, when to smudge, which binaural beats and solfeggio sounds to listen to while meditating or during sleep, exercises, yoga, etc. May as well go all the way to 100% for your highest and greatest good!!!!!...Namasté and Mashallah...!!!!...
