Have It Maid is a growing professional cleaning company specializing in luxury short-term rentals and corporate housing throughout the Tulsa area. We take pride in delivering hotel-quality results and providing exceptional service to our clients. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a professional team.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform detailed cleaning of short-term rental and corporate housing properties.
• Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards.
• Stage properties to ensure they are guest-ready.
• Report maintenance issues and damages immediately.
• Take required before-and-after photos using company software.
• Restock supplies and amenities as needed.
• Work independently while managing assigned schedules.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Qualifications
• Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required; Airbnb, VRBO, or corporate housing turnover experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience using property management apps such as Breezeway is preferred, or the ability to quickly learn new technology.
• Ability to consistently meet strict guest check-in and turnover deadlines.
• Strong eye for staging, presentation, and attention to detail to ensure every property is guest-ready.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Smartphone with reliable internet access. Required photos and forms must be submitted through company apps.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must pass a background check.

Schedule
• Shifts are 7 days a week, typically from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There is evening flexibility with some properties.
• Looking specifically to fill position that’s Friday-Sunday. And another position that’s Monday-Friday.
•Additional shifts may be available based on business needs.
