Earn $16- $25 an hour working with your hands completing tasks such as window washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and Christmas lights installations.

Description of General Laborer Duties:
- Working with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience.
-Working as part of a 2 man team.
- Completing projects within budgeted time without sacrificing the quality of work.
- Interacting with CRM and with office staff over the phone to maintain clear notes and communication
- Driving and maintaining a SHM company work van (Lead).

**Year round outdoor work! Must be comfortable working at heights over 30'**

Requirements:
- At least 18yrs old.
- Must have extreme attention to detail.
- Able to take direction and lead others while still getting the job done.
- Comfortable with ladder work up to 40'.
- Team oriented.
- Clear English speaking (Spanish bilingual a plus).
- Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Window Cleaning and related experience a plus.
