Shift is Monday-Friday with the possibility of rotating Saturdays during the busy seasons.

All positions include speaking with customers over the phone. Specific duties/roles may include:
• Inbound customer service calls for existing customers
• Responding to customer emails and text messages
• New customer onboarding and verification
• Outbound billing, scheduling, quality assurance follow up
• Scheduling appointments
• Administrative tasks (data entry, auditing, etc.)
• Inbound Sales
Account Retention
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Pass a background check
• Computer and Typing experience
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
Customer service and phone skills experience preferred.'

We are excited to announce our annual food drive. We are reaching out to our wonderful customers for donations. All donated items will be given to the Community Food Bank of Southern AZ! Items can be picked up by your service technician or one of our other team members upon request. Job Duties:

- Maintain positive and professional relationship with clients
- Complete daily scheduled appointments & paperwork
- Education Clients on pest conditions and proper treatment options
- Offer additional services (when applicable)
- Comply with all safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and state compliant vehicle
- Maintain clean and functional service equipment

Requirements:

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to read a label and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills
- Self-starter who is able work without supervision

- Must have a clean MVR, clean criminal background and work in a drug free environment
- Pest Control license is a plus but will train, must pass state exam within 30 days
- Flexible (M-F) schedule and be able to work Saturday. ( 1-required per month)

WE’RE ON THE MOVE AGAIN! Due to all of your overwhelming support over the years Horn Pest Management has once again outgrown our current location. Please don’t be alarmed when the seeing the for sale sign at 900 S Craycroft Rd. This is a great location and building and we’re sad to leave it but it’s necessary. With that said if anyone knows of a perspective buyer please send them our way.

We are also hiring for in office Customer Service Representative and field technicians.
