Just had a recent experience with Dustin and let me tell you...ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My dad reached out to his company after we had a couple of bad experiences with different pool guys. He hired Dustin as a birthday gift for me haha

I will say I was at a point where I was just going to try to figure out and manage everything on my own with our pool. I had worked with a couple of companies that were just not giving us the results we expected and when asked, there was no communication as to why or what we could expect. I've never owned a pool so all of it has been completely new territory for me.

Anyway, Dustin showed up when he said he would and I could tell immediately he was very mission focused. He was very thorough about what all we could expect in the coming days and what he was going to do to get the pool turned around. Let me tell y'all...our pool had turned GREEN. Not just a light "oh there are some algae specks" green...more like a "my brown down is going to jump in and come out green" type of green. I was so nervous in investing in another pool company, even more nervous now knowing it was my dad's money being invested, but Dustin took all of that fear away. He was very specific about what we could do to help get it turned around (ie. backwashing it at night) and was texting me first thing in the morning to check in on how the water was looking. When I told him it was still green, he was back out when he said he would be, working his magic to get it all cleared out for us. He told me that he was too determined to fail or be defeated and he definitely proved that.

I woke up this morning and the water looks GREAT! He has been so profession and upfront with me during this entire process. Like I said, when you work with him, you will notice how mission focused he is. I could tell he was processing everything about our pool as he was working around it (all while trying to hold a conversation with me haha). He is very dedicated and full of knowledge in the pool world. I really appreciated how open and honest he is in expectations. He is authentic and will work his a** off to get you results. Interacting with the him the past couple of days he seems to be the type of person that enjoys a challenge in problem solving. He was also so great with our dogs! If you are looking for a reliable pool company...I would say look no further!
