Every bee removal is different and today’s job was unique one the colony had established itself behind a fireplace chimney making it impossible to access safely from the outside while we always prefer exterior removals whenever possible some situations require opening the interior of the home to reach the hive and remove properly. After Safely removing the colony, the next step is just as important removing all honeycomb honey and wax leaving these materials behind can attract future swarms and other pest. We Will also repair the drywall that had to be removed and seal exterior entry points to help ensure bees cannot return to the same location. Interior extraction are not something we do routinely these are reserved for situations where their there’s no practical exterior access. Taking the time to do the job correctly, protects both the home and helps prevent the same problem from happening again every home presents a different challenge and the right approach is always the one safely removes the colony while protecting the structure of the home.
