Terms, Provisions & Policies
Your responsibilities: You agree to clear hazards, obstructions, or dangerous conditions around the work area not caused by our work, keep people and pets clear of the work area, and give us adequate access to do the job. Limits of our responsibility: dynamike empire! is not responsible for (a) personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from our work, except where caused by our negligence or failure to perform as agreed; (b) defective, damaged, or deteriorated lines, mold, lead piping, or other unexpected or hidden conditions — and the consequences of those conditions, including delays, broken fixtures or lines, or lodged equipment (if we hit such a condition we may stop work, and a reasonable charge applies for work performed); (c) damage necessarily caused in completing the work — including to landscaping, walls, paint, tile, or concrete — unless we state otherwise in writing; (d) damage from removing any cleanout, drain cover, or cap; (e) work performed per your specific instructions. Drain & sewer: Drain and sewer lines — especially older cast iron, clay, or Orangeburg pipe — can already be cracked, corroded, or collapsed. Clearing methods put force on the pipe. is not responsible for pre-existing pipe damage, pipes that break during clearing, or conditions found inside the line (roots, breaks, bellies, collapses). If the line is found broken or collapsed, repair or replacement will be quoted separately. Water lines: Water lines — especially older galvanized, polybutylene, or corroded pipe — can already be weakened, cracked, or corroded. Repair and replacement work puts force and pressure on the pipe. is not responsible for pre-existing pipe damage, pipes that break during repair, or additional breaks found in the line. Additional repairs will be quoted separately. Excavation: Excavation disturbs soil, landscaping, driveways, walkways, and underground structures. is not responsible for settling, cracking, or damage to landscaping, hardscaping, driveways, sidewalks, or structures resulting from excavation, backfill settling, or soil conditions. Restoration of landscaping, sod, concrete, or asphalt is not included unless separately quoted. Underground utilities: The customer is required to contact 811 and ensure all underground utilities are located and marked before any excavation work begins. assumes no liability for unmarked or mismarked utilities, underground lines, or any resulting damage, costs, or delays. Water restoration: If water damage arises from our work, we provide full in-house water restoration and dry-out services. is insured through Thrive. Refunds: Any money to be refunded will be returned within 30 days. Warranty & disputes: If you have an issue with our work, contact Michael Turner directly at (470) 216-5974 before taking any further action. Any warranty is void if another party touches the work without our consent. Disputes are handled directly between dynamike empire! and the customer.
