Are you Looking for a hard working, reliable, flexible and affordable housekeeper or house cleaner? I do one time jobs, clean weekly, bi-weekly or monthly and as frequently each week you would need me to!

My rates are very affordable! They are as follows:

1-2 bedrooms-$12 per hour
3-4 bedrooms- $14 per hour
4+ bedrooms- $16 per hour

I will deep clean your home from top to bottom and make your home sparkle!

**I also offer organizational tasks while I am in your home if you need it. I write my start time down on a time sheet and you keep copy. I write the time I start cleaning and the time I end, the hours and the amount owed. I also write the time I start organizing and the time I stop. I charge $2 more added to your established cleaning rate and once I finish, the rate returns to normal again. For example, if your established rate is $10 per hour, and I organize from 2 pm to 4 pm, you will owe me 12 an hour for those 2 hrs. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me! I'm here to help people and lift loads off their shoulders. Your satisfaction is my goal!

When we meet to do a general walkthrough of your home or space, I'll need you to tell me if there are some things that you want me to include in the deep clean of the home? Such as, laundry, dishes, organizing...etc? How many bedrooms are in your home and I always give my clients a list of compiled tasks I will be doing as I clean as well and I always have you sign 2 copy of my contracts and 2 copies of the fee agreement after we as agree on the total price per hour. You will get a copy of each and so will I. I also always bring a timesheet tracker Everytime I come to clean and record the time started and the time I finish so you're charged accurately.

I'll also need to know about how many days per week you would be wanting me to clean? I am usually able to furnish my own cleaning supplies except the vacuum, mop and broom unless you prefer me use certain cleaning products you like instead.
