Job Title: Field Supervisor

Reports to: Operations Manager

Classification: Non-exempt

Goal: Train, develop, and coach a successful team of service techs.

A 22-year-old Field Services company in Oakland County is looking for a Field Supervisor. We know from experience that each person's contributions matter to our team. Expectations as an Operations Supervisor:

Assist in recruiting, hiring, and motivating field techs

Task, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Train crews on job skills and expectations especially to clean windows and gutters.
Responsible for administering training, development, and coaching to ensure consistent ex*****on of operating systems relative for all policies and procedures.
Responsible for implementation of proven training programs and ensure the techs incorporate the training into their daily routine.
Work closely with managers to identify strategies and programs for individuals and team goals.
Motivate crew members to excellence with positive leadership.
Ensure the quality of team efforts are performed with 15-30 field technicians who perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services.
Work closely with the Operations Manager to build a solid team.
Abilities:

Ability to climb an extension up to 32 feet.
Ability to lift on semi-regular basis up to 40-65 lbs.
Ability to maintain an excellent attitude to create a positive work environment and work culture.
Ability to manage time effectively
Ability to coach and mentor entry level workers in the field.
Requirements:

2+ years in a supervisory role preferably in field service
Or a supervisory role in another industry but has crew field service experience

A valid driver’s license is a must
Skills or experience that could make you successful at this job:
Great people skills
Previous roofing experience and a lead or foreman
Previous field training experience in any field service company
(Some examples but not limited to HVAC, electrical, window cleaning, gutter installation, snow removal, landscaping, construction, skill trades, installation, superintendent, siding installer, skilled trades supervisor, etc.)

At G&S, you will be part of a team that helps our clients maintain and protect their homes and businesses.

Depending upon your experience, you will likely start as a Service Technician or Acting Team Leader, learning the way we perform our services (window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure and soft washing, roof washing, solar panel cleaning, and snow removal). We want to hire people with the goal/drive to quickly become a Team Leader. You will be trained and expected to perform all aspects of field operations.

As a new employee, you will receive the following training:
