We’re growing and looking to add an Experienced Cleaning Floater to our team!
This is a key position within Nova Clean — stepping in when team members are off, covering new accounts, and making sure our clients still receive the detailed, consistent service we’re known for.
✨ This position is perfect for someone who:
• Has prior commercial or residential cleaning experience
• Can walk into a building confidently and figure things out
• Is a problem solver — not someone who waits to be told every step
• Can follow a checklist and complete tasks thoroughly
• Is dependable, flexible, and takes pride in their work
• Notices the details others miss 👀
🧽 What the Floater Role Looks Like:
• Filling in when cleaners call off
• Covering vacation or schedule gaps
• Supporting new accounts or special projects
• Ensuring Nova Clean standards are upheld at every location
You must be comfortable working independently, managing your time, and representing our company professionally. When covering for vacations, there would be at least a week notice, but this position is ideal for somebody who is flexible and there may be times when covering a shift that there is not much notice . 
Our accounts are located in Troy, Wentzville, Lake St. Louis, Saint Peter’s, O Fallon, and Saint Charles areas. Most cleans are evening hours during the weekday cleans and anytime when covering weekend shifts.
