• Up to 2 hours of cleaning
• Appointment required
• Must be within K/A Cleaning Service’s normal service area
• Regular cleaning only — deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans are excluded
• Home must be reasonably accessible and suitable for a regular cleaning
• Excessive clutter, heavy buildup, excessive pet hair, bodily fluids/biohazards, and specialty services are excluded
• Additional time or services may be purchased separately
• No cash value
• Certificate must be used within 60 days unless other accommodations can be made.

📢 ATTENTION CUSTOMERS

Beginning January 2026 we will have a price increase. Charging a "one price fits all" is going to phase out for several different reasons. It just isn't working anymore.

Currently our regular cleans start at $120. It will change to $140.

Almost all customers will have a price increase of $20-50 depending on the size of your home.

Larger homes and homes with animals will have the increase on the higher end.

PET OWNERS: One thing that you can do to save, is supply your own vacuum cleaner and you will only see the standard increase. Having a home with pets takes a lot of upkeep to keep our machines running smoothly. If you do not wish to supply your own, thats totally fine but you will have a little more upcharge.
ALL pet waste should be cleaned up prior to our arrival. We will NOT be responsible to clean up pet waste.

Families with children:
To ensure your cleaning appointment goes smoothly- please pick up strolled toys prior to your appointment. We do not mind picking up a FEW scattered toys but please be reasonable. Spending so much time picking up toys takes away from the quality of cleaning we can give you within the timeframe that we have.

Lastly, please be reasonable with the amount of dirty dishes you leave for your cleaner. If you have a massive mountain of dirty dishes, please knock that amount down to a reasonable amount prior to your cleaning unless we know ahead of time and can allow for extra time and it will also include an upcharge on pricing.

I Sincerely say this with the most love and respect that i can, we are not maids. We are house cleaners. We appreciate all of you so much and if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out.
