Big shout out to Carole for this amazing review. Reviews like this (especially with photos!) truly help small businesses like ours. Not only by building trust in the community but helping us be found my more people on Google.

We did a low moisture carpet cleaning for her. Her carpets weren't too bad, just some dirt in the high traffic areas and a couple small urine stains from a dog that visited. A great candidate for our low moisture cleaning method. We only use clean and safe products here at Pristine. The one used for low moisture is known as an encapsulation cleaning product. It cleans and breaks down soil and stains and then dries into a crystalline structure around the soil to then be vacuumed right up! We spray an application of the cleaner onto the carpet and then scrub it in with a specialized carpet buffer with micro fiber cleaning pads leaving your carpets looking nice and clean with minimal dry times! It's a very effective alternative to a traditional steam cleaning.

It's been a good week here at Pristine. I've been working hard to fill the calendar by reaching out to local businesses and offering my services and connecting with previous clients to book again. Part of business is about getting used to no response. When you text 20 customers, you typically get 2 responses - 1 yes and 1 no. People are busy, and they're bombarded by marketing all the time. Even when you're personable, you get drowned out in the noise of life. It's nothing personal. I'll keep working hard to support my family and grow this small business. The biggest change I've implemented is sticking to a new daily system: a morning block for admin work, then off to a carpet cleaning job, an afternoon block for lunch and admin work, followed by cleaning more carpets and upholstery, and a final evening block for admin. This system helps me stay focused when working on customer outreach and marketing or invoices. It also allows me to be fully present and focused on the job at hand, knowing I'm keeping up with calls and emails and will respond soon.

Do you have some older carpet that could use some help? We can bring lift back into almost any carpets with our attention to detail and commitment to excellence. We take our time by vacuuming first, then treating stains and the overall carpet to remove soil, we than scrub all the soil and dirt loose with a deep scrub, and ending the process with a powerful steam clean/extraction is our deep cleaning method that doesn't disappoint. We also bring our deep cleaning method to upholstery cleaning and tile and grout cleaning!

Hello everyone, I wanted to share an exciting business update. Pristine has been in a transfer of ownership from James Palmer to me, James Anderson, over the last few years. 2026 is our final transition year, and starting January 1, 2027, I will officially be the new owner!

I’ve been your technician for over 5 years and the operator for the last couple of years. Along the way, I’ve learned a ton about business and even more about carpet cleaning! Admittedly, I have struggled at times to keep up with admin work and phone calls. To fix this, I am starting a new daily structure to help me stay organized and on top of messages. I truly appreciate your patience as I learn the ropes of running the business.

Pristine has been around since 2013, serving thousands of neighbors here in the TC area. As we continue providing expert, high-quality carpet, upholstery, and tile/grout cleaning, we are always looking to improve. Expect better systems, upgraded equipment, and even more effective and safe cleaning products as we grow.

On a personal note, I am 25, married to my amazing wife of 6 years, and we have 2 beautiful kids. This business truly supports my family, and I love entrepreneurship.
