While Germ General served us well during a time when disinfection was the top priority, our mission continues to evolve going forward. The main focus was always on preserving property value and enhancing curb appeal through power/soft washing, surface cleaning, and long-term property protection for residential & commercial properties. The name Black Diamond Pro Wash represents the high standards, strength, and precision we bring to every job—whether it’s a residential driveway or a commercial building. From homes to hospitals, we can clean it.

We’re expanding our services, expanding equipment, and tailoring our offerings to meet the growing needs of homeowners, HOAs, and commercial clients across the Northern Michigan region.
