Job Title: Driver & Cleanup Specialist (Full-Time / Year-Round) 🚚
Location: All areas and towns about an hour from Boonton / Towaco
Schedule: 4-6 days a week, depending and occasionally needed on Saturdays.
About the Role:
We are a growing residential and commercial cleanup and junk removal business looking for a motivated Driver & Cleanup Specialist.
This isn’t just a "driving job"—you will be the face of our company. You’ll be responsible for navigating our trucks to job sites, interacting with customers, and physically removing items from homes, construction sites, and offices.
This is a permanent, year-round position for someone who hates being stuck behind a desk and enjoys physical work and helping people.
*No CDL certification required*
Key Responsibilities:
• Safe Driving: Operate truck safely in residential neighborhoods and tight commercial alleys.
• Physical Labor: Efficiently lift, carry, and load items (furniture, appliances, debris, etc.) into the truck.
• Customer Service: Greet customers with a professional attitude, provide on-site hourly estimates, and ensure the site is swept clean before leaving.
• Logistics: Navigate daily routes efficiently and manage disposal at local recycling centers or transfer stations.
• Teamwork: Work closely with a partner to complete jobs safely and quickly.
What We’re Looking For:
• Reliability: You show up on time, every time. Our customers count on us to be there when we say we will.
• Clean Driving Record: A valid Driver’s License and a clean MVR (no major violations).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day and work in various weather conditions.
• Professionalism: You represent our brand. We need someone polite, well-groomed, and respectful of people's property.
