With the recent fires, the contaminants that were lofted with the smoke and ash, the pools have been contaminated with stuff that dissolved in the and cannot be filtered out. The only way to successfully get rid of these contaminants is to do a 100% water change. We have a device that can do that without risking any damage to your pool.
