From basic and deep cleans to move-in/out and post-construction cleaning, we make your space shine. I offer Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, Moving in or out, Post Construction, Airbnb, Rentals, Events, Venue's, Deep cleans, Hoarder cleans. I offer 2-8 hr. appointments. Monday through Friday 9am to 5 pm. I will work weekends for big cleans ONLY. Senior discounts for 75 years or older at 60$ an hour (2 cleaners) with 2 hour minimum no matter the type of clean (except a move out or move in clean.) If there are dogs and cats that I'm going to be cleaning up after, it'll be a 10$ add on. If you live in 15+ miles out of Tooele city then there is a 20$ gas fee. I am Fully licensed and Insured. I use my own cleaning supplies (unless requested otherwise.) If you schedule a 2 hour and I finish early and there's nothing else left you want me to do,then you still owe me for the full 2 hours. I have a 2 hour minimum. I will not go to someone's house for 1 hour. Tooele area: 2 hour minimum
Anywhere outside Tooele City (15 miles or more outside the city): 3 hour minimum
*I will not give any quotes without seeing the house first and walking through with the client. Any specific wants and needs are to be addressed during this time so I'm aware of your expectations. Reoccurring Clean: I am doing away with the contracts. If we agree to do weekly, biweekly, or monthly reoccurings, I expect you to keep your appointment. If you decide you want to reschedule, please try your best to let me know ASAP. I do understand things happen we can't control. Move in/out Clean: I require a walk through as well with the client to decide on quote. If property is vacant (empty), I will price the job according to what client wants and according to the size of the property. Hoarder Cleans: I require a walk through with the client to decide if we're able to help. Payment: I ask for payment immediately after services provided. I PREFER cash but I also take Venmo, cashapp, FB pay, and Zelle. I prefer the house to be unoccupied while the clean is taking place unless circumstances are not permitted. This helps me to get the job done on timely manner.
