Just in case anyone is curious on how much exercise we get when we clean. Today I cleaned a gym that I clean one time weekly and every other week twice a week. In 4 hrs I walked 14,003 steps or 6..11 miles! So you see it’s a win win for both us and our clients! Our clients get a clean buisness/home and we get our step goal in for the day!

Together we have 10 years of professional cleaning experience. Our main focuses are on post construction cleaning and property turnovers. Additionally, we specialize in residential, commercial and small business cleaning.
