Thank you to all the kind people who attended our latest estate sale event in Perrysburg, Ohio and those who also signed the condolences card. I was truly touched by the number of folks who stopped to sign it and for those who even went a little bit further to send a few kind words too. I am very greatful and it made my heart smile during a difficult time. Please continue to spread love and kindness, smiles, and hugs----as life sure has plenty of days that just seem hard. Many lost souls who need to know someone cares. Try to remember there are people experiencing hard times or wish they were given more time to do good. .....Thank you Margie for taking the card with you, and for your compassion. 🤗

HELP WANTED Janitorial / Estate Sale / & Moving positions available. Candidates must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background check, drug test, and have an open availability including weekend and holidays. This is a family-oriented business with assignment schedules which may allow for FLEX-SCHEDULING (predefined) if you have schooling or other employment.

Performs general, routine custodial duties, to include dusting, sweeping/mopping/vacuuming/stripping/waxing/buffing floors, cleaning restrooms, and restocking paper and soap supplies.
Performs routine maintenance to custodial equipment and supplies.
Empties trash receptacles, disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal.
Unlocks doors, ensuring doors are locked after cleaning areas.
Reports needs and concerns to appropriate staff, which may include submitting or recommending work orders and checking supply levels.
Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
Assists in on-the-job training of new staff on routine procedures.
Performs cleaning functions specific to the assigned facilities and/or based on seasonal/project requirements.
Professional etiquette, clean appearance, and reports job site concerns to supervisor immediately.
Moving items / organizing items, and preparing sale sites---minor maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, adjusting furniture, posting signs, or other similar activities.
May perform property maintenance tasks such as lawn care, paint-touch up, and other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Follows work place reporting and attendance standards, including call-in/out procedures for each assignment, and meets payroll submission deadlines.
Mileage reimbursement; other, irregular, incentives may apply based on performance.
