We are looking for dependable, reliable, motivated people to contract with us in our Airbnb & Vacation Rental cleaning division. With multiple dozens of customers already being serviced, and many more contacting us daily to book with us, we need you to help us maintain our 5-star, 100% Guaranteed, Cleaning Services. We will work with you on a 1099 basis and give you the opportunity to accept jobs on your time, where you want, when you want, and for the prices you want. All with 24/7 access to our online platform for scheduling, job offers, rate confirmations and payments to you.
When we forged our way into the online booking sphere and created a user-friendly platform, it allowed customers to schedule services with us 24/7 from anywhere on the globe. Through building the automation and integration, we have been able to reach more potential customers in a shorter amount of time and with less overhead expense. With this convenience, customer feedback and new customer onboarding has exceeded our expectations. We realize that in order for us to be true to our values and principals, we need to offer this to you to keep you as friends in the business that we can share work with. We offer:
1. Pay rates published in every job offer with weekly settlements by direct deposit.
2. Non-exclusive business relationship (you keep & prioritize your current clients, pick up work with us to fill in your schedule)
3. Dedicated accounts and/or flexible fill-in work.
4. Work in your home area or surrounding areas. (currently we work between Schroeder and Hovland, but we are expanding)
5. Automated, Integrated, and Instant booking platform with online access and app access on your phone.
6. We collect and file state sales taxes. We also accept cards and bank payments.
7. Flexibility - do the jobs you want and pass on the ones you don't want.
8. All bookings are automatically placed on a payment hold before the service begins, and the payment is processed as soon as the job is completed. No more waiting to get paid, payment is guaranteed BEFORE the service happens.

2. Liability Insurance (we have suggested insurance agents for you to contact if you need, most policies are only a few hundred bucks a year)
