I have been dreading this day for a while now. I am unfortunately gonna have to raise the rates for my grandfathered in clients that pay $15 an hour to $20 an hour. I hate to do this but the price of gas & my supplies keep rising & I am making less & less money all the time. I hope you all understand & will stick with me through this. Unfortunately, because of alot of recent last minute cancellations, I am having to add a late cancellation fee if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. The fee will be $25 & has to be paid when I come to clean the next time. Am so sorry if this upsets anyone but can't pay my bills when people cancel on me last minute. I hope you all understand. Thank you!

Hello everyone! I just need to remind everyone that if you need to cancel your appointment for cleaning, please try to give me at least 24 hour notice. I have been having clients cancel & not in enough time to try to fill the spot. It makes it hard to pay my bills when I have too many people cancel at the last minute. Thank you all for your understanding!!
