📣 This Friday, August 22nd, 2022, Alliance Pest Services will close down all service branches between 12 PM- 5 PM EST to give our field and office teams a much-needed break. 📣

Our team consistently performs at a very high level, but since COVID-19 began, they have been going above and beyond to keep our company going. So, entering the second half of our peak season, we felt it was essential to get everyone together as a team and enjoy a day together to show our appreciation for their hard work.

We will continue to monitor phones, email, and text messages during the day tomorrow. So please allow a little more time tomorrow for us to respond to your requests.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Protect homes, businesses, and the surrounding environment from unwanted bugs using state-of-the-art technology and Alliance’s pest management best practices

· Provide a high degree of customer service before, during, and after completion of pest management services using clear and respectful communication

· Answer customer questions related to products and technology used during services.

· Build relationships with customers to receive referrals and increase business opportunities

· Complete service documentation accurately and maintain organized records

· Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in Pest Management
