Finished up a last minute end of the year detail. Eco-friendly wash, no -touch dry w/ clay bar decontamination before applying wax/sealant. Always remember folks, a simple wash will not take off stubborn road debris, grime, oil, bird droppings, salt/dirt, etc from your clearcoat. Waxing over these contaminations do not allow proper cure and protection for your car. Clay bars remove contamination without scratching your paint and is a necessary step to ensure a long lasting efficient wax/sealant job!

Removed all waterlogged OSB, removed rusted hardware, new plywood installed, water & ice shield w/ flex seal tape, caulked and sealed 2x coats with white #264 Elastomeric roof sealant. Some handyman work for a repeat customer! Ceiling fan exhaust for bathroom was not vented properly through Soffit. Added a vent w/screen and critter guard, siliconed, replaced all wet insulation and added a cold air damper. Also added a screen to window AC.
