Hiring - Cleaner Job Description

We are looking to hire an attentive cleaner to join our team. In this position, you will be providing cleaning services for both commercial and residential clients. We pride ourselves in quality, satisfaction, reliability, client privacy, and trustworthy team members. We are a pet friendly company and many of our residential clients have pets.

To be successful as a cleaner, you should be able to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated period. Ultimately, a top-performing cleaner should be physically fit, detail oriented and able to perform with minimal supervision.

Cleaner Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and furniture.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans.
• Windows cleaning.
• Laundry and linens.
• Liaising with management to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.
• Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
• Informing the manager and/or clients of repairs that need to be done.

Cleaner Requirements:

• Able to pass a background check.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Detail oriented, friendly, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 20 lbs.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
• Available to work mornings and evenings, plus weekends, as needed.
• Animal friendly - many residential clients have pets.
