We haven't posted here for a while for various reasons including some covid related and other health issues.

I do want to addressing a matter that came up last week that I feel every homeowner needs to hear.

Last Fri. we had to complete a roof cleaning another pressure washing company started. They just stopped showing up. The homeowner paid in full before this company started the work.
It's not uncommon for a small company to ask for a deposit of 10% - 20%,but full payment is unheard of and shouldn't be done.
We took care of these great customers and in return gained their trust for future work,but I hate they found us in the manner they did.
I can only hope they out this company on social media to warn other homeowners.
