How much of an effect does temperature have on S/H ? It’s 49 degrees in South Ga trying to clean vinyl fence, lichen is mostly coming with roof mix but leaving black tendrils? Should I wait till temperatures are higher?

.After cleaning a roof your customer can expect it to look good 3-4 years. What about cleaning concrete drive, how long could they expect it to look clean? I typically pre and post treat with SH. Project I am on now is open to full sun. Does anyone offer a warranty or promise on appearance?
