Five years at BulletpROOF has meant wearing a lot of hats. I started out doing roof drawings, climbing roofs, learning roofing systems, and working through field adjustments before transitioning into more desk side operations. Every step helped sharpen my product knowledge and technical logic and the journey has been incredibly rewarding.

Jess, Scheduling Administrator
Jess is often the first voice our customers hear. She manages our initial intake appointments and helps every project begin with a smooth and welcoming experience.

Amanda, Office Manager and Director of Marketing
Amanda leads our marketing efforts while supporting the systems that keep the office organized and the team moving forward.

Katie, Production Administrator
Katie coordinates schedules, orders materials, and works closely with homeowners to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Megan, Owner and Billing
With 18 years in the construction industry, Megan keeps operations running efficiently while ensuring every detail on the billing side is handled with care.

From first contact to final invoice, these women play an essential role in the success of every project we complete.

Great evening at the mixer at Ted’s Rent It Center Warehouse for the upcoming HBAWC 2026 Home Show.

Thank you to Kris Detrow for another well organized event. It was great connecting with fellow members of the Home Builders Association of Washington County. We are looking forward to the HBAWC Home Show on March 7 and 8 and the opportunity to connect with homeowners and industry partners.

Snowstorms don’t always cause leaks…
They reveal them.

We’re here if you need tarping or help.

With the upcoming snowstorm this weekend, we want to remind homeowners that post-storm is one of the most common times roof leaks reveal themselves.

After snow and ice settle, melting can find its way into small problem areas that weren’t noticeable before. We encourage homeowners to keep an eye on:
• Ceilings
• Attic spaces
• Around chimneys and vents

If you notice staining, damp spots, or active leaks, acting quickly can help prevent further damage. Our team is happy to come out in the coming days to assess the situation and, if needed, install temporary tarping to protect your home until conditions allow for permanent repairs.

On Friday, December 19th, BulletpROOF Santa is coming to town.

Our BulletpROOF Santa will be making rooftop appearances in intervals beginning at 10:30am at 📍18 Frederick Road, Thurmont, MD 21788.

As local children are dismissed early for winter break, keep your eyes on the roof, wave back, and honk as you drive by to help spread some holiday cheer 🎅.

We love celebrating the season with our community.
