Just when we thought we’d have a slow, rainy day Tuesday, we got a call from a homeowner in Agoura Hills whose patio had flooded. The water made its way into the living room and soaked two large 12-by-14 rugs. We came out right away, extracted the water from the living room, picked up the rugs, cleaned and sanitized them, and they’ll be returned tomorrow afternoon looking great.
While we were there, we also suggested a few precautionary measures to help prevent future flooding - and we may even be the ones to take care of those for them.
When rain is in the forecast, we purposely leave openings in our schedule so we can respond quickly to situations like this. So as the rainy season approaches, keep us in mind for any water damage, rug, or carpet emergencies. We respond fast, do things right, and always look out for our clients’ homes.
