•First time whole house clean includes:
(Required for all first time cleans so that we can have your home ready for regular maintenance cleanings going forward. Only time this would not be applicable is if your home has been cleaned professionally in the past 60 days) -
(1 time $45 extra fee)
-Wiping baseboards
-Vacuum/wipe fans
-Dusting/wipe blinds
-Dusting/wipe window seals
-Wiping down cabinets/door frames
-Any other client specific requests
-Plus all the Basic clean services
Regular maintenance whole house cleanings includes:
-General dusting
-General wipe downs
-Vacuum couches/furniture that requires it
-Will make beds (replace clean sheets if requested)
-Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors.

-1 Bedroom Apartment: $100.00
-2 Bedroom Apartment: $115.00
-3 Bedroom Apartment/Small Townhouse: $135.00
-3 Bedroom Single Family Home: $140.00
•Larger Homes-
-4 Bedroom Home: $155.00
-5 Bedroom Home: $195.00
-6 Bedroom Home: $235.00
•7+ Bedroom homes- please call for in home quote.
•Please call or email for move-in/move-out cleaning quotes.
•Please call or email for Post-Construction cleaning quotes.
(Some prices may vary due to certain circumstances such as, but not limited to: pets, extra services, amount of people living in home, and how well the house is lived in)
*Extra services Price rates:
-Finished basement: $20 extra
-Baseboard cleanings: $20 extra
-Deep Cleaning: $45 extra
•which consists of washing down cabinets, base boards, door frames, window sills and door
-Laundry: $15 extra
•we will put dirty linens in washer if left out and requested with any special directions. (If we have to search for detergent or not know what setting to wash on, your laundry will not be washed) Before leaving we will switch from washer to dryer.
-Dishes: $10 extra
•As long as dishwater is empty we will load with dirty dishes and start. (remember these Services must be requested) 🙂
