“Next level detailing”

10/28/2026

I see so many detailers trying to sell people stuff that they don’t really need. Ask the client their needs and fix the problem they came to you with.

That doesn’t mean that you don’t need to be efficient. Going fast just to get more cars in and missing areas and dropping effective detailing. Makes you a detailer. Nobody wants to book.
Do high quality work, even if it takes you longer, and people will notice.

If you have any suggestions, drop them in the comments below. This is just what I have chosen to wear over the last several years.

This is for a maintenance level detail, and there will still be some spots that may need to be scrubbed. But 95% of the surfaces just need a good wipe down when they are maintained.
Never compromise quality for speed, but make sure your detailing is effective.

Test your products, don’t just allow what other people say. Do the due diligence yourself. Know the limits of your products.
