Our LDB team uses a specialized Injectidry system to help save hardwood flooring in affected homes. This advanced method uses targeted airflow and suction to pull moisture from beneath the surface of the wood—without having to remove the flooring.

Why does that matter? Because water can get trapped deep within materials like hardwood, even when it looks dry on the surface. Left untreated, that moisture can lead to warping, swelling, and long-term damage.

With industry-grade equipment and professionally trained teams, we’re working carefully to restore as much as possible—because we know it’s not just a floor, it’s your home.

Every loss is different, and we’re here responding with the right tools, the right training, and the right care.

If your property is affected from severe weather or even just a hidden water leak, we’re here to help.

Storm damage isn’t always dramatic.

Sometimes it’s the small leak you’ve been meaning to check… the damp spot that never quite dried… or the damage you hoped would stay manageable.

With warmer temperatures and rain in the forecast, even minor issues can quickly grow into bigger problems.

Our team is here to help before that happens. We’ll assess the damage, walk you through the process step by step, and stay transparent from start to finish so there are no unexpected surprises.

Restoring property is what we do—but helping people through stressful situations is just as important to us.

If you’ve noticed storm damage, even if it seems small, give us a call. We’re more than happy to meet you where you are.

Freezing temps are moving in tonight and over the next few days, with lows dropping into the 20s. Now’s the time to protect your pipes ❄️

When water freezes, it expands. That pressure can cause pipes to crack or burst, leading to unexpected water damage once they thaw💧

Letting indoor faucets drip overnight helps keep water moving and relieves pressure in the pipes, reducing the risk of freezing. Pay extra attention to pipes along exterior walls or in unheated areas.

A small drip can help prevent a big problem. If freezing weather causes water damage, our is here to help!
