This is how desperate New York City is. They actually giving you a ticket for covering your VIN number on your vehicle. I didn’t even know that even existed. So they’re giving out $65 tickets because you put a piece of paper even though there is license plate attached to the car. It is unbelievable and unfair. I spoke to a few people and nobody knows about this violation.
