White Glove Concierge is officially preparing to serve Terre Haute and surrounding areas, and we will be opening our books for appointments beginning June 8th for the week of June 15th.

Appointments are limited as we begin our official launch. June 15th is approaching quickly. We cannot wait to serve you.

Those are staples.

For everyone following along, I wanted to share a little behind the scenes update!

We recently secured an office space where clients and team members will be able to visit. It has been a blessing seeing all the pieces come together and watching the vision become reality.

Other milestones:

✔ Agreements and service materials being finalized
✔ Printed materials in progress
✔️ Uniforms getting embroidered
✔ Insurance being finalized
✔ Interviews and team growth underway
✔ Fine tuning the details behind the client experience
✔️ Website almost finished

One day at a time.

This week has been humbling! Building something the right way takes time... If you know me personally you would know how impatient of a person I really am.

Everyone sees the logo.
Everyone sees the coming soon posts.
Everyone sees the exciting parts.

However, no one sees the late nights, staying up until 03:00am finishing agreements, creating marketing posts, the notebooks full of notes and ideas that have already been scrapped, the hours upon hours building pricing, all while finding the best products for the brand.

The goal has always been to build something with intention and build it right!

It is very slowly but surely becoming reality.

People notice more than you think.

The products displayed in the bathroom...
Pet hair embedded into furniture and hidden under cushions...
Odor coming from the garbage disposal...
The smell coming from the washing machine...
Air filters that have not been changed...
Burnt out light bulbs people keep forgetting to replace...

The smallest details usually say the most. A home does not feel truly clean when the little things are ignored.

Hello everyone, I figured it was probably time to introduce the person behind White Glove Concierge.

My name is Ariel. I’m a wife, mother, veteran and now business owner.

Starting this business was never just about concierge services for me. It was about building something meaningful. Something built on trust, discipline, professionalism, and genuine care for people.

The Marine Corps taught me that the standard you walk past is the standard you accept, and that mindset has stayed with me in every part of my life. I believe details matter. Consistency matters. How you treat people matters.

I also wanted to build opportunities. Not just for myself and my family, but eventually for other like minded people who want more for themselves too. People who take pride in what they do and want to grow personally and professionally while being part of something bigger.

My goal with White Glove Concierge is simple:
Create an experience that gives people peace of mind, comfort, trust, and a level of excellence that can feel hard to find.

I’m extremely thankful for everyone supporting this journey already. This is only the beginning, and I’m excited to continue building something special here in our community. 🤍
